Moreover, to get anything more than a 10 day temporary restraining order, they would need to serve the defendant and let the defendant argue in opposition to the granting of the injunction. It's a lot easier to call your Congressman and get him to send in the Feds to shut down your opponent, and make them prove their innocence.<br><br>On the Sony issue, I load all of my music onto my computer.
