The Ultimate Wrong

There is a story in the news that just makes me sick. This guy... this creature in Frederick, Colorado who killed his family. He killed his wife and his two daughters.

The daughters in particular bother me. They were cute, seemingly happy little girls aged three and four, and he killed them. I can't imagine a worse violation of trust. It makes me want to cry, honestly. There is no one in the universe these two little girls looked to more for protection than him. He was their father. He was supposed to put down his own life, if need be, to keep them safe. And he killed them.

We have two girls who can be major pains in the ass, but that doesn't change how much we love them. We want the world for them. We want them to be safe, happy and fulfilled. We would do anything we can to make that happen, and we would do anything to protect them. When I think about what this guy did, it's just shocking. I truly cannot understand how any father could ever kill his own child.

I'm sure this piece of shit has his excuses and will come up with reasons, but there is no reason. This is beyond inexcusable. This is a crime against all that is good about humanity, and he needs to pay an equal price. It won't help the little girls, but it needs to be.

I guess, I'm not sure what the point to this article is except that I'm so sick of the things I keep seeing people do. I look at the news and I see people killing each other for no reason whatsoever. I see horrific crimes being common place. I see so much hate, even from normal people. These girls are dead... people are buried under a bridge in Italy... fire is destroying the American West... and the left doesn't care... our political class doesn't care... our media doesn't care. They're giddily spewing hate at the most ridiculous things. Gee, so Fox used the wrong picture in a segment on Aretha Franklin and that's worth hating, but not this fucker in Colorado? Fake news, faker outrage, lies and hate, but not a thought to the real crimes. There is something wrong with our world.

Sorry to be a downer, but this one really bothers me.

  1. My wife reads all the horrible stories on Facebook. I tell her to stop it, but she keeps at it. Just be glad it’s rare enough to be newsworthy.

  2. You're absolutely right, but that is hard to remember, tryanmax. I wish they would at least balance it out with stories on good people.

  3. By the way, I think I know my point now. My point is, if you have kids or parents or other loved ones, tell them how much they mean to you.

  4. Not only did he kill those two beautiful little girls, when he killed his wife (whom he vowed to love, honor, cherish, and protect) he killed his third child as she was pregnant. He used his friends. The interview with the family who had taken him in and stood by him was heartbreaking as they shared their shock and belated fear at having welcomed him into their home with their children.

And how about the other slimeball this week, who stole an airplane and crashed it into his house in an attempt to kill his wife and stepson? At least he's the only one who died in that one.

  5. Stacy, It's just shocking to me what this guy did. To kills children... your own children... your wife... an unborn baby. Shocking. I can't understand it. And then to use his friends and family was just the icing on the cake of evil.

The plane thing was messed up too. There's so much of this in the news these days. There is something wrong in a part of the human race.

  6. Maybe a bit of lighter fare to take our minds off of this horror. Just to get an idea of what TDS does to people, The Daily Beast thought it would be a great idea to commemorate the passing of the Queen of Soul by remembering that time she sh*t on someone who considered her to be a friend. It's cool, though. That someone was Donald Trump.

  7. tryanmax, Dave Batista who plays in the Guardians of the Galaxy movies is super angry that Disney fired the director of those films for joking about pedophilia on Twitter a year or so ago. This is all #metoo type stuff, except that some conservative pointed out the hypocrisy right before Disney fired him.

So Disney has now announced that they will not change their mind. Does Batista condemn the #metoo movement? Hell no. Does he condemn the idea that anyone can be fired for making a joke on Twitter? Hell no. Does he even just attack the conservative who mentioned what the director had done? Nope. He attacked Trump.

How twisted is that? He attacks Trump for doing what his friends and political allies do routinely when Trump didn't even do it and had nothing to do with it.

  8. On Franklin, I find it amazing that the left, rather than offering their respects for her, is spending their time attacking Trump, Fox and Cosby. How much respect do they really have when they would rather spend their time smearing opponents than saying something nice about her?

  9. it is probably my failing as a Christian, but I sometimes I almost feel reinstatement of certain medieval forms of execution would be appropriate

  10. James Gunn getting fired doesn't bother me. Guy wants to brag about beating off to kids on Facebook that is his right but his employer also has the right to fire him.

The fact some people treat social media the way people used to treat personal diaries strikes me as bizarre.

Gunn is not only guilty of publishing countless “old jokes” about rape and pedophilia, Gunn also has a longtime connection to Huston Huddleston, a sex offender convicted of possessing child pornography. That is not to say Gunn is guilty of association, which would be highly unfair. But…

As Breitbart News has reported countless times, on his own personal blog, Gunn published a video he received from Huddleston of a chorus of high school-aged girls singing “I Touch Myself,” an ode to female masturbation. Gunn titled the video “100 Pubescent Girls Touch Themselves” with the following comment:

Huston Huddleston posted this video on my Facebook page with the note ‘I thought you’d appreciate this,’ My response: ‘Appreciate it?!! I just came all over my own face!!’

Gunn was photographed with Huddleston in 2014.

  11. As for that nut job who killed his family if the talk I've heard in pop culture about short eyes is true all they need to do is put him in general population.

  12. Jed, There are times that I think people need to die in the most horrible way. This guy is one of them. I'm still just stunned every time I see pictures of his family and think about what he did. It's sickening.

  13. Anthony, I have no problems with the firing of Gunn. In fact, it seems like it's necessary. I just find it crazy that these actors (Batista is not alone) are upset that someone can get fired for suggestions of pedophilia, but are totally cool with destroying people for political reasons, and that he would blame Trump for this.

I hope this guy gets his in prison, but I suspect the rumors are overstated. I would hope that he never has a moment's peace again without what he did eating at him, but I suspect that too won't matter to him much.

  14. Andrew, I had heard that about Bautista. Truly confusing. Ron Perlman is similarly off the rails, just about every single day, blaming whatever the bad headline is on Trump. Too bad; they both seemed like nice guys.

What you pointed out is the thing that struck me about Franklin's passing. All the headlines were "Aretha is dead, be mad at Trump!"
