Truth to Power

This headline speaks for itself:
Tulsi Gabbard QUITS the Democrats: Ex-congresswoman says party is controlled by 'elitist cabal of warmongers driven by cowardly wokeness' who 'stoke anti-white racism and protect criminals'
That kind of sums them up pretty perfectly, doesn't it? Does she not know that we're not supposed to voice those truths? The only thing I would change is that they are only warmongers when they are in charge, otherwise they pretend to be peaceniks. Should we do the countdown before the first #metoo complaint comes about her? Or some claim of ancient racism? Perhaps knowing someone who knew someone who once laughed at a blackface portrayal? No doubt we'll see a relative who hates her. Heck, she might even secretly be a homosexual (//gasp) or paid for an abortion (//for shame!). Good luck, Gabbi...

As an aside, did anyone see that some government official called a black boy a monkey? Terrible racism in this country. That's what the yahoo headline said. You had to read a few paragraphs in to see that it was three Hispanics on the LA city council, and they were actually making fun of a gay white male council member who adopted a black child. I suspect they are leftist democrats, but Yahoo seemed to go out of its way never to mention that. They also ignored that another Hispanic, the leader of the biggest Union in California, was there and dismissed their woke DA because "he's with the blacks." But that couldn't mean anything, right? I mean who isn't... except Kanye. Damn Republican racists.

  1. No mention of this as Politico. Gotta keep the collective from hearing inconvenient truth after all. Instead, Politico is touting how nominal Republican Adam Kinzinger has endorsed a couple democrats.

Yahoo has removed any mention of this from its front page. I'm guessing poor Gabby will be ignored until she can be properly smeared. I actual envision the army of reporters sent to Florida to find how Desantis failed in the hurricane being given orders to go dig through everything and anything Gabby.

  2. I like Her a lot. She is articulate and intelligent. She would make a good independent in a strong cabinet position. I would actually endorse her in a V.P. With DeSantis, though Indoubt she would take it. But talk about trying to unite the country. She is clearly not a MAGA Republican, understands the military and displays common sense. - Jed

  3. Well don't you know Andrew? Tulsi was a secret Republican all along! I mean she voted with Dems nearly 90% of the time...

But clearly she is an alt-right adjacent spy for the Rethuglican MAGA order.
I mean after all, she left the Democrats high and dry. Just forget all you know Andrew. And remember: Vote Blue No Matter Who this November!

In all seriousness, My hope is that Tulsi takes a bunch of independents with her on the way out.
I really hope despite all the R’s catering to the Religious Right, that there is indeed a “Red Wave” this November…
If not simply for the fact that Joe Biden and his regime have been so god awful; but just to spite the woke cult is enough for me to root for the R’s this November.

  4. Jed, I've liked some of her positions, but I wouldn't vote for her. That said, it is pretty amazing of her to break from the cult.

  5. Kyle, I hope so. I hope they wake up and see the kind of damage the Democrats are doing to average people and they leave them.

Agreed on the red wave. I think it will come, actually, but it will be handicapped by some terrible candidates. I think the abortion issue won't really hit until next time. That said a lot of GOP people are now running away from it, so next time might not be so bad if they are seen to have run from it.

One interesting thing I saw yesterday is that despite the media obsession with making the Jan 6 hearing meaningful, only 2% of Democratic ads have mentioned it. Apparently, they realize the public sees it as theater too.

  6. BTW, still no mention at Yahoo or Politico of the statement by the Saudis. Fascinating. Yahoo hasn't mention the inflation report either, not on their front page or news page (financial pages yes). Politico hasn't either. Instead, they've been running an article wondering why Biden hasn't declared victory yet over inflation "now that it's falling."

It must be strange to be leftist and never be aware of anything bad about your leaders and then bad things seem to happen randomly.

  7. Speaking of propaganda, Yahoo is running an article claiming that DeSantis' "stunt" has "backfired." The reason is that some Texas sheriff is calling it a crime, so they might be able to get permits to stay now. As if they weren't here to stay regardless.

This is propaganda on so many levels. First, it acts as if this sheriff is not a Democratic operative but somehow impartial. Second, it totally misdescribes the point DeSantis made. Third, it uses this photo of some people posing with the immigrant and is implying they were warmly received.

Zero mention of the utter disgraceful freak out made by the rich people of the town or elitist democrats across the country who reacted in horror that they could be shipped somewhere nice... exposing their utter hypocrisy.

Yahoo has really reached the point that they flat out lie, distort and mislead. It's utterly shameful. Even somewhere openly left like Politico is much less biased then them and not prone to open propaganda.

  8. Biden is gleefully looking to distract again by attacking gun because of another mass shooter. Forget the facts that:

    1. He ignores shooting by "people of color"

    2. The cause of this is not the gun but the person, and the reason mass shootings are up has everything to do with things he supports -- and things his followers promote, like movie and video game violence, reveling in victimization, destroying role models for young men, parental responsibility, preventing drug use, preventing society from forcefully helping those with mental conditions, the covid lockdowns, etc.

    3. He exploits the gun issue disingenuously, knowing he will never do anything substantive about it... it's theater for the naive.

No tragedy is too terrible for Biden to exploit. Sick f*

  9. Do tell me Andrew; are my hopes for a Red Wave signs of me being alt-right adjacent like Tulsi Gabbard? A person on twitter told me so…

I scrolled through yahoos front page. What a bunch of leftoid trash!

  10. Andrew, The OPEC quid pro quo is a huge over step of the Biden admin.

Joe Biden attempted to course a foreign state into keeping the oil prices low through the mid-terms, so it couldn't cause political damage to the Democrats. Biden tried to restrict the Saudis military aid if they did not postpone the drill date for oil drilling/prices to rise by a month. It was so obtuse that the Saudi officials had to make an open press conference explaining that pushing back the date like Biden wanted would harm their member states (they want more money now, shocker).
Are they going to impeach Biden or what?

No mention of the OPEC scandal on yahoo’s front propaganda page!

  11. Every time the human race hits some new low -- often a Biden accomplishment -- they go lower. There is an article today at Daily Mail about a "life hack" (formerly known as "common sense") explaining how this amazingly brilliant woman gets her towels dry without using a drier.

    Wait for it...

    She hangs them up.

No sh*t. This woman has posted a bit of knowledge that was known to cavemen and should be blatantly obvious to every human being. And yet, it's treated at magical knowledge.

Perhaps, we should burn her as a witch.

  12. Yeah, Kyle, if you think the Democrats might lose in an environment where they have created the worst inflation since Carter, the worst threat of nuclear war since Carter, rampaging armies of trans-holes acting like Nazis, a president spewing hate at half the country, the left pushing race hate to levels unseen since probably reconstruction, homeless methheads running rampant, murder, rape and crime out of control, and corporate America abusing everything about America... well, then you must be a MAGA monster.

Don't worry though. As Biden says, the economy (read corporate profits) is strong as hell, inflation only affects rich people, and everything is Putin's fault or Trump's fault anyways. Beside, the Republicans want to force women to have children and wear red cloaks, force kids to be the wrong gender, reintroduce slavery and traffic Mexicans to hellish places like Martha's Vineyard. Such evil people.

  13. Kyle, There has been zero mention of it at any of the leftist places. There was even an article whining about how the Saudis are getting away with being so gosh darn mean to us and how we need to get mean back, and that article said that Biden asked them not to cut demand... and it completely skipped their response and that Biden only asked for a delay until after the election. They are lying to their readers.

And Gabbard is being smeared hard now. Next thing you know, she'll have been on a plane with Bill Clinton and Jeffrey Epstein... uh, I mean Epstein and Trump. Forget I said Bill Clinton.

  15. Andrew,

The wall of propaganda coming from the media right now is insane. This is far and away much worse than Fox News during the Bush admin; they were manipulative. Whereas today's legacy media is just outright lying for the Biden admin.

Biden saying we have a "strong as hell" economy is a slap in our faces. The media and Biden are all round god awful.

As far them smearing Tulsi; may the backfire against the Dems be strong. I think its going to wake up quite a few independents.

  16. As an aside, the strategic oil reserve is meant to protect the US in the event of disaster like war or embargo. It is meant for military and emergency use. It's not meant as a tool to reelect Democrats.

    ReplyDelete
  17. Andrew, our oil reserves being depleted is just *another* idiotic and careless policy by the Democrats. Some facts before I rant:
Our oil reserves are there for emergency use.
We are in a perilous situation as-is with food shortages, a failing economy and a major war on multiple continents.
The Dems passed policy that kissed green-energy activists asses, and stopped drilling here in the United States… which caused prices to rise as we had to start importing our oil. As a result the Dems are getting dragged down in polling.
Biden attempted a quid-pro-quo with the Saudis to drive oil prices down and that failed.

So what have the Democrats done?
They have used our oil reserves to lower costs in an obvious ploy to alleviate blow-back during the mid-terms.
In other words: the Dems caused the problem in the first place, and are now wasting our emergency reserves to get re-elected!
Again, our oil reserves are there for emergency use, not to bail the Democrats out from the consequences of their own actions!

    Speaking of media propaganda:
I recently read that we have less than a months supply worth of diesel fuel left before we run out. This will cause massive problems with delivering goods across the nation.
However the propaganda article tried to re-contextualize our depleted diesel supply as a mid-term problem for Democrats that Republicans can exploit for political gain!

Yea so in other words: don't worry about the problem that Democrats caused, just worry that Republicans might win as a result of the problem the Dems caused! Vote blue no matter who bro!

I am sick and tired of both Democrats and the legacy media. They have trashed just about everything, and they refuse to self reflect. Instead they just lie and manipulate everything just to make themselves look not at fault. They take no responsibility for their actions.
As far as I'm concerned, the major actors in both Politics & Corporate America are irredeemable at this point.

    -Kyle

  18. Hi Kyle, I agree completely, especially with your last point: the major actors in both Politics & Corporate America are irredeemable at this point. We have hit a point where neither group can be trusted, and where both groups are willing to destroy the American public economically, morally and socially, as well as endanger our country, in the name of profit or power.

  19. I saw that about the diesel by the way. That's not good at all. You want to talk about problems. But don't worry, solar energy will save us... somehow.
