Yep, I am still fishin' and hopefully there is enough to keep you occupied until I return next week. I promise that I will regale you with tales that will enthrall you...
I've been following this University of Missouri thing and having a good laugh. After a group of students turned the campus into a hateful bastion of leftist idiocy, the admin surrendered to the idiots.
Now the price is coming do. Their enrollment plummeted. This year's new class is 2,600 students short of expectation which is resulting in $36 million in lost revenues. Ha ha.
I wonder if they will learn from this or if they will just assume this was because they didn't lurch left far enough.
Heh heh, amusing about the University of Missouri... The campus radicals have been one of the most disturbing developments I've witnessed this year and I'm glad to see that the upcoming freshman class is repulsed by it. This feels like it could be a good opportunity for...er, whatever rebranding ends up sticking to reach these people if the right wasn't so dysfunctional at the moment.
Daniel, I think this really shows the danger colleges face by coddling these people, and I think this is why other colleges took a much harder line against their own protestors.
Definitely, and it's certainly gotten worse since the last time I was at a large university. I always found the protests and the casual way that hating Republicans was acceptable at UGA both aggravating and unnerving, but it was absolutely nothing compared to the way things gone. In any case I'm hoping that colleges already affected by this will toughen up, especially those that aren't in radical leftist areas, but I'm not holding out much hope for schools already or potentially affected in places like Madison, Ann Arbor, and Berkeley. Hell, Berkeley residents probably think the Missouri protestors are pikers...
We refer to Columbia, MO as "The Peoples Republic of Columbia"..it's a cesspool of left-wing crap and lunacy. As far as I'm concerned they're just a blackhole that our tax money sinks into...

Sorry, nothing tonight. Spent the day packing and driving.
Rejoice, haters! After the latest revelations from a 1987 accuser, FramingPaterno.com soon to be closing up shop.
