Peace be with you and your family.
Luke 2:8-14 “And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night. And lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid. And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord. And this shall be a sign unto you; Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger. And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying, Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men.
And Happy Hanukkah too. Hanukkah, the Jewish Festival of Lights begins at sundown on December 24, 2016 and ends at sundown on January 1, 2017. The Story of Chanukah (Hanukkah)

Speaking as one who does not follow any alternate calendars, I think Hanukkah should run from Dec 24 – Jan 1 every year, for convenience's sake.
Happy Chanukah to you, too!
Personally, I like when Chanukah comes earlier. :-)
Happy holidays!
I just got in from both seeing my family and a Christmas Eve church service myself. Merry Christmas, everyone (and Hanukkah to you two, Bev and Scott)!

Merry Christmas to everyone!!
Hi all! I am back! Thanks for keeping the place running. I'll start getting articles running again soon. Need to plug my brain back in first.
Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah and Joyous Whateverelse!
Hope you had a great, relaxing vacay, Andrew!
By the way, I highly recommend Rogue One. Maybe not the best movie for little kids but certainly one for teens and up.
Welcome back, Andrew! I hope it was an awesome vacation. Take all the time you need to plug your brain back in!
Thanks everyone! It was great, but I won't do Royal Caribbean again.
BTW, RIP George Micheal and Carrie Fisher!
Just read about Carrie Fisher's death. Wow. RIP. She was awesome.
