Congratuations to Chicago for winning the Murder Capital of the Year award over stiff competition (no pun intended) from other woke cities. Chicago had 797 murders. New York, Philly, pot-headed Portland, Minnesota, etc. etc. All over the country, people are dead to satisfy the smugness of the politically stupid. Wokeness kills.

Andrew, Whats sad is those 797 murders are just the recorded homicides! I can only imagine there are many who just disappear into the woodwork.
Reading multiple articles on this very subject, I’ve noticed a trend: These legacy media types keep using the catch phrase “senseless gun violence”.
I wish they would stop calling it “senseless gun violence” as if it were some sort of natural phenomenon, or something guns just do on their own. In reality its criminals & gangs deliberately committing crimes. Most of these criminals have been emboldened since these leftoid DA’s & politicians have created laws where there are no consequences for these criminals actions.
Wokeness kills is short and to the point. Nice.
